With events, anything can happen. No matter how well prepared, rehearsed or planned you are, reality dictates that the many components involved in planning and running a successful event can mean that on occasion, unexpected things can happen. (And anyone that tells you otherwise, hasn’t really worked in events). So, what to do?
Our philosophy is this: “if stuff happens, it’s how you deal with it that counts”. What we mean by this is that like every good Boy‐Scout and Girl Guide knows – you need to be prepared. And prepared we are. Our unique point of difference is that we expect things to go wrong. Not because our services are below par or we don’t think things through – on the contrary. We have exceptionally gifted and well‐trained people on staff and work‐flow and contingency plans in place.
